Achievement in Asia Award (Robert T. Poe Prize)

For the 2023 OCPA Achievement in Asia Award (Robert T. Poe Prize), the OCPA awards committee has carefully reviewed the many excellent nominations and concluded to award two winners:"

• Dr. Yu-Ao Chen (University of Science and Technology of China, Hefei)
  For achieving a series of breakthroughs in the field of optical quantum information processing and quantum simulation with ultra-cold atoms.
  
• Dr. Kam Tuen Law (Hong Kong University of Science and Technology)
  For his discovery of Ising superconductors and pioneering theoretical works on Majorana fermion physics and unconventional superconducting phenomena.

* The name of OYRA award was changed from Macronix Prize to Ardentec Prize since 2022

For the 2023 OCPA Outstanding Young Researcher Award (Ardentec Prize), the OCPA awards committee has carefully reviewed all cases and concluded to award a single winner:

• Dr. Lawrence W. Cheuk (Princeton University)   
  For his pioneering experiments on quantum control of molecules with optical tweezers.

For the 2023 OCPA Outstanding Dissertation Award, the OCPA awards committee has carefully reviewed all cases and concluded to award a single winner:

• Dr. Likun Wang (University of California, Irvine)
  For his outstanding dissertation on "Single Molecule Coherence with Femtosecond THz-STM".

The winner was selected by the following panel (in alphabetical order):
